Ticket Delivery Options

Updated 7 months ago by Kyle G

Various ticket delivery options are available depending on the event:

Certain of our parties, mostly outside of the Times Square area, offer tickets through email. Because of large crowds the New York Police Department will not let pedestrians into the Times Square area without our physical tickets that include security features. This is why we are not able to offer email tickets for most events.

Ticket Shipping within the US / International Shipping outside of the US:

Tickets will ship during the first week of December via FedEx. Due to chain of custody concerns we cannot deliver tickets to hotels or PO Boxes.

Ticket Pickup:

Our NYC Ticket Pickup Center is located in midtown Manhattan and is open December 29th through 31st. We recommend going to pick up your tickets on either the 29th or 30th, as December 31st will likely be more busy and have longer lines. The exact address and hours of the NYC Ticket Pickup Center will be announced in mid December.
