Dress Code "New Year's Festive"

We describe our dress code as "New Year's Festive" We understand that people are coming from across the country and around the world to celebrate NYE in NYC, and we don't directly impose our sense of style on others. Obviously it is a celebratory night and the tickets are sold at a premium price. We expect that guests will be dressed accordingly, but there will not be strict dress code enforcement.
